Imagine your first dance, your ceremony, or the moment you exchanged vows, captured on canvas as it happened. A live wedding painting is exactly that. An artist present at your event, creating an original work of art that captures the essence of you and your partner and the atmosphere of your wedding day.

Chenelle brings warmth, discretion, and an artist’s eye to every wedding she paints. The finished canvas is ready within ten to sixteen weeks of your event, ready to hang. A vivid, original memory of your most important day.

How It Works

A seamless experience from first enquiry to your finished canvas.

Before the Day

You’ll tell Chenelle about your vision, the venue, the scene or moment you’d most love painted, and the size and feeling of the finished work. A deposit secures your date. Before the day Chenelle preps and primes the canvas – we can add a meaningful poem, the lyrics to your favourite love song or leave the canvas with a uniform tone if you prefer (This will be covered by the finished painting – so this is just for you).

On the Day

Chenelle arrives discreetly, sets up her easel, and begins painting. While you get ready, she is already capturing the atmosphere. Then when the special moment you want to preserve takes place, she takes her reference photo. During the ceremony or reception, she continues painting and your guests watch the painting unfold. At the end of the night, she reveals the progress to you and your guests.

After the Day

The painting travels back to Chenelle’s studio where it is finished with care. For each painting Chenelle spends extra time on your likeness, character and capturing the essence of what makes each individual themselves. The painting is then given sufficient time to cure and varnished in order to protect the surface and preserve the colour for years to come. Once completed, the finished piece is securely packaged and delivered to you ready to hang, your wedding immortalised in an original artwork.

Packages & Pricing

Every wedding is unique, and Chenelle’s packages are tailored to suit. Prices vary based on canvas size, complexity and travel. All packages include a pre-wedding consultation, on-the-day attendance, and delivery of the finished work within ten to sixteen weeks.

2027 Launching Prices | Launch pricing will apply to all dates booked in 2027. Live wedding painting will be offered at standard commission rates, with no extra costs for pre-wedding consultations or on-the-day attendance for all dates booked in 2027.

Founding Couples | Additionally two 2027 dates will be opened at 50% off the launch pricing while Chenelle refines this part of her work. You get the same live painting, the same experience and the same care. In return, Chenelle asks for permission to share photos of your painting and a few words about your day. Two dates only.
